簡介Introduction

陽明山國家公園位處台北盆地北緣，是座火山類型的國家公園，園內有豐富的動植物自然生態資源，是知性旅遊的極佳去處。以健行、賞花、溫泉聞名。

Yangmingshan National Park is located at north of Taipei basin. It is an area of volcanic formations. The area is famous for scenic hiking trails, beautiful flowers in spring, and many hot springs. Yangmingshan National Park Visitor Center Tel:(02)28616341。

1. 陽明公園Yangming Park

分前山公園及後山公園。前山公園多小橋流水，亭閣假山；後山公園佔地廣闊，噴水池、花鐘等是著名景點。Yangming Park is divided in the front park and the back park. The front park features small bridges, pavilions, and artificial mountains. The back park covers much larger area. Here you can see a fountain, a huge flower clock, the Hsiaoyin Pond.

2. 竹子湖農菜園 Chutzu Lake Tourist Vegetable Plantation

竹子湖因氣候涼爽，適合培植高冷蔬菜，並以海芋花田聞名，主要培植的蔬菜有高麗菜、番茄等。Because the climate is relatively moderate, Chutzu Lake Tourist Vegetable Plantation is well-suited to growing high-altitude vegetables. The main vegetables include cabbages, tomatoes, etc.

3. 小油坑遊憩區 Hsiaoyukeng Recreational Area

小油坑地處七星山西側陽金公路旁的窪谷，長年硫氣噴發的爆裂聲及白煙裊裊的硫礦味是最大的特色，並設有遊客服務中心，介紹火山地形。遊客服務中心電話(02)28617024。Hsiaoyukeng is a sulfur pit located near the Yangmingshan-Chinshan Highway. You can listen to the bursting sound of gas and smell the odor of sulfur. A visitor center next to the sulfur pit provides information on the area's volcanic topography. 4. 大屯自然公園 Tatun Nature Park

大屯自然公園是以天然湖泊為中心闢建，已完成停車場、步道系統、眺望平台、休閒設施等，沿途可觀賞林相與沼澤生態。Tatun Nature Park has a natural lake in its center and an abundant flora and fauna. Park facilities include walking trails, the parking lot, observation decks, etc. The park offers stunning views of the surrounding forests and marshlands.

5. 擎天崗 Chingtienkang

擎天崗是由火山熔岩形成的階地，由於地勢平坦開闊，曾為牧牛的草原；平緩的草坡、秀麗的景觀，素為大台北地區熱門的遊憩據點。服務中心電話(02)28615404。Chingtienkang is formed by volcanic lava. The gentle grass-covered hills make it an ideal place to go for a hike and relax. Service Center Tel:(02)28615404。

6. 冷水坑遊憩區 Lengshuikeng Recreational Area

冷水坑因此地溫泉水溫僅有攝氏40度而得名，牛奶湖、菁山吊橋是冷水坑的特色，因緊鄰擎天崗，遊客可循小逕經菁山吊橋，通往擎天崗。遊客中心電話(02)28610036。Lengshuikeng means "Cold Water Pit" in Chinese. It gets the name because the temperature of the hot-spring water here is a mere 40 degrees Celsius. The area features Milk Lake and Chingshan Suspension Bridge. 7. 夢幻湖 Menghuan Lake

位於七星山腰，海拔875公尺，湖中生長稀有植物--台灣水韭，為一生態保護區。湖旁設有觀景台，供遊客一覽夢幻湖全貌。Menghuan Lake, located on the slopes of Chihsing Mountain, has been designated as a natural preserve. Here you can find a very rare plant--the Taiwan Water Scallion. There is a scenery viewing platform by the lake for visitors to take in the overall view of the lake.

8. 陽明山健行步道 Yangmingshan Walking Trails

(1)七星公園步道 Chihsing Mountain Trail

路線：國家公園遊客服務中心®七星公園®夢幻湖®冷水坑（適合青少年以上，步行時間約100分鐘）。

Route：National Park Service Center®Chihsing Park®Menghuan Lake®Lengshuikeng（Suitable for teenagers & above. It takes approximately 100 minutes. ）

(2)二子坪步道 Erhtzuping Trail

路線：大屯自然公園®二子坪步道®二子坪遊憩區（適合全家大小，步行時間約110分鐘）。

Route：Tatun Nature Park®Erhtzuping Trail®Erhtzuping Recreational Area（Suitable for whole family. It takes approximately 110 minutes.）

(3)魚路古道 Yulu Ancient Route

路線：上磺溪停車場（頂八煙）®擎天崗（適合青少年以上，步行時間約180分鐘）。

Route：Shanghuangshi Parking Lot（Dingbayen）®Chingtienkang（Suitable for teenagers & above. It takes approximately 180 minutes. ）

9. 陽明山溫泉 Yangmingshan Hot Springs

(1)陽明山溫泉Yangmingshan Hot Springs

在前山公園內設有男女公共浴室各一，可免費洗溫泉。

There are two separate bathhouses for men and women respectively in the front park (Yangming Park). It's free of charge.

(2)馬槽溫泉 Matsao Hot Springs

屬酸性火山溫泉，有硫磺味，泉水滾燙且質佳。日月農莊為附近一土雞溫泉山莊，設有男女大浴池和家庭浴室，還有林中的泡茶席位、餐廳、兒童遊樂設施。

Matsao hot springs are famous for the sulfuric waters heated to 75 degrees Celsius by underground volcanic activities. Sun Moon Farm is a chicken restaurant and hot spring village nearby. There are separate bathhouses for men and women. The farm also provides family bath facilities and children playground.

＊108休閒公車（陽明山公園遊園公車）：逢週六、週日及國定假日07:00~17:30行駛，平日則每30分鐘一班車，票價15元或購買一日遊園卷60元；沿途停靠遊客中心站、陽明書屋站、竹子湖站、七星山站、小油坑站、冷水坑站、擎天崗站、松園站、絹絲瀑布站。

Leisure Bus #108（Yangmingshan Tourist Bus）：Running from 07:00 to 17:30 on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. On weekdays, running every 30mins. NT$15 for one trip or NT$60 for all day. Stops as below: each National Park Visitor Center, Yangming Residence, Chutzu Lake, Chihsing Mountain, Hsiaoyukeng, Lengshuikeng, Chingtienkang, Sungyuan and Juansi Waterfall.

1. 陽明公園Yangming Park：紅5、109、111、230、260公車，在陽明山站下車。Take bus #109、Red 5、111、230、260 and get off at Yangmingshan Bus Terminus.

2. 竹子湖農菜園Chutzu Lake Tourist Vegetable Plantation：皇家客運陽金線班車，在竹子湖站下車。Take Royal Bus（Taipei-Yangmingshan-Chinshan route）and get off at Chutzu Lake Stop.

3. 小油坑遊憩區Hsiaoyukeng Recreational Area：皇家客運陽金線班車，在小油坑站下車。Take Royal Bus（Taipei-Yangmingshan-Chinshan route）and get off at Hsiaoyukeng Stop.

4. 大屯自然公園Tatun Nature Park：皇家客運陽金線班車，在七星山站下車，沿百拉卡公路前行即可抵達。Take Royal Bus （Taipei-Yangmingshan-Chinshan route） and get off at Chihsing Mountain Stop, then follow Palaka Road to Tatun Nature Park.

5. 擎天崗Chingtienkang：皇家客運陽金線班車或15號小型公車，在冷水坑站下車，再步行前往。 Take Royal Bus （Taipei-Yangmingshan-Chinshan route）or Minibus #15 and get off at Lengshuikeng Stop, then walk to Chingtienkang.

6. 冷水坑遊憩區Lengshuikeng Recreational Area：皇家客運陽金線班車或15號小型公車至冷水坑站下車，再沿指標步行前往。Take Royal Bus（Taipei-Yangmingshan-Chinshan route） or Minibus #15 and get off at the last stop. Then follow the signs to Lengshuikeng.

7. 夢幻湖Menghuan Lake：皇家客運陽金線班車或15號小型公車至冷水坑站下車，再步行前往。 Take Royal Bus （Taipei-Yangmingshan-Chinshan route）or Minibus #15 and get off at Lengshuikeng Stop, then walk to Menghuan Lake.

8. 陽明山健行步道 Yangmingshan Walking Trails：

(1)七星公園步道Chihsing Mountain Trail：230、260公車，在陽明山站下車，再步行到國家公園遊客服務中心登山口。Take bus #230、260 and get off at Yangmingshan bus terminus, then walk to Yangmingshan National Park Service Center.

(2)二子坪步道Erhtzuping Trail：皇家客運陽金線班車，在七星山站下車，沿百拉卡公路前行即可 抵達。Take Royal Bus （Taipei-Yangmingshan-Chinshan route） and get off at Chihsing Mountain Stop. Then follow Palaka Road to Tatun Nature Park.

(3)魚路古道Yulu Ancient Route：皇家客運陽金線班車，在頂八煙站下車。Take Royal Bus （Taipei-Yangmingshan-Chinshan route）and get off at Dingbayen Stop.

9. 陽明山溫泉 Yangmingshan Hot Springs

(1)陽明山溫泉Yangmingshan Hot Springs：109、111、230、260、紅5公車，在陽明山站下車。 Take bus #109、Red 5、111、230、260 and get off at Yangmingshan Bus Terminus.
